Dave is responsible for the design of major highway projects in Durham and has used Moss and then MX for a considerable number of years. He started work at Durham in 1975 whilst some of the original Moss directors were still there.

Current projects are major highway schemes within the County Council’s Local Transport Plan including The A182 East Durham Link Road and A689 Wheatley Hill to Bowburn Link.

Dave is responsible for the conventions used in the design office including MX model and string naming, MX drawing style sets, formats for transfer of information into Autocad, Autocad drawing format and quality assurance for MX.

Dominic joined Bullen Consultants in 1993 and hence Faber Maunsell in 2005. He is a Principal Engineer based in the New Trinity Gardens Newcastle Office and is currently working in a specific Project Office in Darlington. He has 13 years experience using MOSS, MX pre and post windows editions and now MX-XM. Dominic has used MX for many varied large projects from the management of Rail projects (covering Permanent way, replacement structures and associated electrification and communication apparatus) to the volumetric aspects of remodelling Power Station waste settlement lagoons. Dominic has been attending regional MX user groups in various guises for over 10 years and has been a Regional Technical Coordinator since 2003. He iscurrently working on a Joint Venture ECI Scheme to upgrade 42km of rural A1 dual carriageway in North Yorkshire.
