A Civil Engineer, Paul has 26 years experience in the planning, design contract preparation and management of Highways and infrastructure projects. Paul has also developed a 3D Visualisation Team making him PB’s centre of excellence for Europe, Africa and Middle East. Paul has a wide range of international experience particularly Ireland and the Middle East.
