The aims of the User Association and the meetings they hold are to:

• share new techniques developed by fellow MX users
• show how engineering problems have been overcome using MX
• show new applications for using MX
• produce wish lists for enhancing MX
• provide feedback to Bentley regarding new developments in MX
• provide feedback to Bentley on how MX could/should be improved

As a user of MX or one of its associated products you are automatically a member of the MX User Association.

The UK and Ireland MX User Association is run by a committee consisting of two national officers and a number of regional co-ordinators.
 

NATIONAL OFFICERS
The Chairman - is the titular head of the Association and chairs the Association's meetings. The chairman is elected for a period of two years

The Technical Co-ordinator - acts as the focus for suggestions and links with Bentley on technical matters and chairs any technical sub-groups of the Executive Committee.  The Technical Co-ordinator is also elected for a period of 2 years.

REGIONS
Each region elects a chairman and technical co-ordinator for a period of two years. Regional chairman are responsible for arranging and chairing meetings in their region and representing their region on the National Executive Committee of the Association.

MEETINGS
At least two meetings are held in each region every year. Regional meetings are held to further the aims of the User Association and to assist members. Meetings include training from Bentley on the current product and to demonstrate on going developments.
