Mark Darlow-Joy is a Chartered Principal Engineer with Halcrow Group Ltd based in their Worcester Office. He is Team Leader, for street lighting, road signs and general highway design.

He has responsibility as MX Software Controller for the Halcrow Group. He has extensive experience in using MX and MOSS. He is Chairman of the MX User Association UKI and a member of the ICE Information Systems Panel, he also sits on the AutoCAD Civil 3D user group committee. He was also part author of Halcrow CAD standards and a member of Halcrow CAD steering group.

He has worked both in the UK and overseas on major highway schemes. Clients ranging from Contractors to Developers to Local Authorities and Government Agencies. Recent schemes include;  A demonstration Scheme for Oxfordshire County Council on the Cowley Road, Leicester Road Rugby for St Modwen, Vauxhall Motors Car park Ellesmere for General motors and Ringway.

Malcolm, BSc.(Hons) CEng MICE, MIAT, Principal Engineer, Civil & Transportation, works for the Grontmij and is based in their Edinburgh Offices. He works in the Civil and Transportation division where he manages the design and procurement of highway projects as client advisor or contractors designer. He has extensive experience in highway design and construction both in the United Kingdom and overseas including new construction and maintenance projects.

Malcolm has responsibility for the development of the Pavement Section within Grontmij in the United Kingdom with strategic partners and liaison with the Danish operation in Kolding. Malcolm is also responsible for the management and technical support of MX within Grontmij. He is the past Chairman of the MX User Association in the United Kingdom & Ireland and prior to this was the regional coordinator for Scotland.
